eBusiness Manager
5th Wheel Place RV Center is looking for a forward-thinking and exceptionally talented individual to join our Internet Sales Team as the eBusiness Manager!
The eBusiness Manager is responsible for developing, executing, measuring and refining an effective marketing program by working with all internal business units and vendor partners. This is a multi-faceted position that is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with future and current customers by effectively combining technology and marketing.
This position reports to the General Manager. Duties include database management; developing, executing, and distributing monthly online newsletter(s) and customer communications (follow-ups, Thank You, birthdays, holiday, etc.); triggering first service appointment and continuing with a Service Schedule Program; collection of pre- and post-sales surveys; presentation of post-sale products, extended service plans, etc.; assisting with overall quality of outbound communications; developing and communicating metrics for all digital programs; execution, analysis and communication for all eBusiness activities.
Requirements
- Customer relationship and database management experience
- Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS)
- Experience specifically relating to developing online marketing and web strategies
- Experience with management of web and application development cycles, including producing requirements, documentation, and reviews
- Creative and copy skills
- Experience with Unified Marketing Strategy (print, radio, television and Internet)
- Experience with implementing Search Engine Marketing (SEO and PPC)
- Experience with ad tracking systems and lead form optimization
- Web development skills, including HTML and programming languages including C# and Visual Basic 6.0 (Windows Platform)
Preference will be given to individuals with:
- Automotive or RV Dealership experience
- Formal training or certification in web software development (MCSD, MCTS, MCPD)
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training
